Kohei develops effective brand strategies that contribute to sustainable sales growth. Using his strong connections with media agencies and influencers, he has simultaneously led multiple brand campaigns to success through collaboration.
MESSAGE
A brand needs a partner, not only to carry out a mission but to run side by side at its most fundamental level. I came to this conclusion after working as a marketer for a global manufacturer for a decade. Although I was fortunate to work with excellent agencies, I have seen unreconcilable discrepancies occur between the parties resulting from different positions and goals.
At a time when product roll-out is fast, which requires continuous planning and implementation, we need to engage in dialogue without being bound by internal norms. We, Communication Boosters, seek ways to make everyone involved with the products happy.

After working as a freelance sales agent, Taka participated in the vertical launch of a foreign-funded start-up.
He later worked on the launch of an influencer marketing business at a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
Currently, he is in charge of influencer casting and marketing at OSHAMONTE while working for sales at an AI start-up.

After working for the planning and sales department at a creative production company and as a consultant for an online advertisement agency, Toshi moved on to promoting marketing DX at an international company.
At OSHAMONTE, he works as an account executive focusing on the performance of clients. He has strengths in digital marketing and recruitment.
